Striped Nails

When your room matches your nails that's when you know you have your life together right? I'm obsessed with how these striped gold nails turned out.  When Jamberry nails consultant Stacey reached out to me and asked if she could send me some nail strips to try out I was so excited! I'm always painting my nails (or my friends nails) so I was excited to try out something new! I picked out the Metallic Gold Pinstripe.  It's one of the clear designs so you get to let a different color show from underneath.  

The strips are pretty easy to apply.  I referred to this video for exact instructions on how to apply them! It took me about half an hour to finish all of my nails, which is a little longer than it would take for me to just paint my nails, so I would probably only use the strips for special occasions or when I have a lot of time on my hands (i'm punny right?).  My first few nails were very rough on the edges, but with the more I did the smoother they got, however I couldn't get them to be completely smooth.  I think with more practice I could get a better cut.  

I really loved how these turned out! Thinking of it, if I were to paint gold stripes all over my nails it would take a lot longer than 30 minutes so I think it was definitely worth it! I also got tones of compliments on my nails while wearing the wraps.  

I can't wait to try out more nail wraps in the future!
